You may voluntarily provide your occupation, employer, educational background, languages spoken, lifestyle preferences, smoking preferences, alcohol preferences, pet preferences, religious preferences (optional), gender preferences (where legally permissible), interests and hobbies, and roommate expectations.
C. Property listing information
When posting accommodation listings, we may collect the property address, building information, room details, rental amount, utility information, property photographs, property videos, and availability dates.
D. Verification information
To improve trust and security, we may collect passport copies, Emirates ID copies, driving licence copies, residence permits, utility bills, selfie verification images, and employment verification documents.
E. Payment information
Where applicable, we may collect billing information, payment transaction records, and subscription information. Payment card details are generally processed by third-party payment processors and are not stored by MyHyve.
F. Technical information
We automatically collect IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, login timestamps, geographic location data, website interaction data, and cookies and tracking information.
